TopoAssist is a professional survey and civil-engineering workspace operated by FEBEX INC. in Canada.

Information we receive

We receive the account information you provide, such as your email address, authentication and session records, subscription status, support messages, consent choices, and privacy requests. Imported survey files and point contents are processed in your browser whenever possible; they are not used for advertising.

How we use information

We use information to provide sign-in, account, support, billing, security, export and product services; prevent abuse; respond to support; and send required service messages. We send optional product updates, promotions, or research messages only when you opt in to that category.

Your choices

Optional email categories are off by default and can be changed from Account settings. The signed unsubscribe link in an optional email turns off all optional categories without stopping account, login, billing, security, or support messages. You may also submit data export, correction, deletion, or marketing-unsubscribe requests from Account settings or by contacting support@topoassist.com.

Sharing, retention, and security

We use service providers such as hosting, email delivery, authentication, support, and Stripe for the purposes described above. We do not sell personal information to advertisers. We retain records only as needed for service operation, fraud prevention, support, accounting, and legal obligations, and protect identifiers with access controls and hashed security telemetry where appropriate.
